While it isn't really GeoCities, it is an alternative, like Angelfire. When GeoCities got shut down in 2009, it became the digital burning of the library in Alexandria. However, in 2013, we get this website. If I could become a supporter, I would. However, I am broke. If I never knew about Neocities, I wouldn't be here. Love you Neocities.
